Requirements
- Hotel front desk, hospitality, or guest service experience
- Leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Experience with scheduling, coaching, training, and performance management
- Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, dependable, and a strong problem solver
- Positive attitude and ability to foster a team environment
- Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and respect
- Effective communication skills with guests, team members, and leadership
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and brand standards
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and organize staff, creating a supportive and upbeat team environment.
- Oversee scheduling, manage inventory, and handle month-end reporting.
- Support revenue and sales budgets, ensuring team follows hotel policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Sales team, making hiring and performance decisions.
- Step in to assist the team whenever necessary.
- Lead by example, resolve guest concerns, and keep operations running seamlessly.
- Bring positive energy to every interaction.
