About The Position
The Golden Plough Inn, located in Peddler's Village in Central Bucks County, is seeking a Full-time and Part-time Front Desk Agent to join their team. Public transportation is not available to the location. The organization offers training, opportunities for growth, and a challenging and rewarding work environment.
Requirements
- Ability to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends & holidays)
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills
- Requires strong communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hotel front office experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Welcome and register guests
- Make daily reservations
- Handle telephone inquiries relating to The Golden Plough Inn and Peddler's Village
- Displaying a friendly and positive attitude towards all guests
- Resolving guest issues promptly and professionally.
