About The Position

Now Hiring: Hotel Front Desk Supervisor CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry is searching for a Front Desk agent for the Holiday Inn Express Woodstock. When joining our team, you will be joining a company who prides themselves with providing exceptional guest service, recognizing our associates as our best asset, and providing value to our business partners and owners. Our front desk agent will direct and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent guest service functions as indicated in the Guest love surveys while the hotel guests receive a safe and secure place to stay. Improving the guest experience by providing IHG hospitality through communications, answering questions and making recommendations about the hotel and local area. Completes their job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policy and procedures and the IHG brand standards and IRewards loyalty recognition.
