Requirements
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- A keen eye for detail.
- Must have a positive, cheerful disposition
- Weekends are required.
- This position requires constant standing, forward reaching, and walking.
- Position also requires frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing and overhead reaching.
- Must be able to lift and carry 60lbs.
- Must be able to adapt to all weather conditions.
- Candidate must be able to pass a physical through Carr Physical Therapy prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Terrazzo flooring preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintains all floor equipment.
- Public space and guest room carpet cleaning
- Clean, strip, wax and refinish floors
- Responsible for keeping the department storage room clean and organized
- Assists in the receiving and storage of all equipment and supplies
- Assists in various areas of the hotel housekeeping department as required.
