About The Position

CUSA, LLC, a successful hotel management company, is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for the Springhill Suites Atlanta Six Flags, Georgia. This role involves leading room attendants and other hotel staff, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to Marriott brand standards. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the overall success of the Housekeeping department, including inventory and scheduling. This position also plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the hotel for guests, and may occasionally be required to clean guest rooms. Guest security and safety are paramount, and the Executive Housekeeper will be instrumental in maintaining property safety. Additionally, this role involves assisting guests with inquiries about the hotel and local area recommendations, all while adhering to the hotel's policies, procedures, and service culture.

Requirements

  • Ability to lead and work with room attendants and other staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent guest service.
  • Knowledge of Marriott brand standards.
  • Responsibility for the success of the Housekeeping department, inventory, and scheduling.
  • Ability to assist in assuring all areas of the hotel are clean and safe for guest use.
  • Understanding of guest security and safety protocols.
  • Ability to answer guest questions and make local recommendations.

Responsibilities
