Requirements

Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for service and exceeding guest expectations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with guests and handling requests with a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask effectively and work efficiently under pressure during busy breakfast periods.

Responsibilities

Set up and prepare the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh, plentiful, and attractively presented.
Clear and clean used dishes, utensils, and trays promptly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting breakfast area.
Respond to guest inquiries regarding menu items, dietary restrictions, and other breakfast-related needs.
Replenish buffet items and maintain cleanliness of serving stations throughout the breakfast service.
Refill coffee pots, juice dispensers, and other beverage containers to avoid guest waiting times.
Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere through friendly engagement and proactive assistance to guests.
