About The Position

Hampton Inn Marlborough is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join their team. This role is responsible for preparing and assisting with the service of the complimentary buffet-style breakfast, aiming to create a great start to each guest's day. The position requires flexible weekend availability and typically involves shifts from 5 AM to 12 PM.

Requirements

• Customer Service experience, in a hotel setting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Flexible weekend availability.
• Morning Shifts : 5AM-12PM

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests as they come into the breakfast area or lobby and assisting with any questions or issues.
• Setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet, including preparing foods like cut fruit, coffee, and juices, stocking coffee, juice, and milk containers, setting out cold foods, warming and setting out hot foods, and arranging serving dishes, utensils, cups, and other products.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the breakfast area and kitchen during and after breakfast hours, including clearing and cleaning tables, wiping spills, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and removing trash.
• Taking inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ordering or purchasing needed supplies, and organizing and putting away food orders.
