About The Position

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Seattle Bremerton is looking to hire a Breakfast Attendant. This role is responsible for preparing and serving the daily breakfast bar, greeting each guest, and ensuring guests are comfortable and satisfied. The attendant must set up and maintain the breakfast bar according to brand standards, follow safe food handling practices, and manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.

Requirements

• Ability to prepare foods such as eggs, sausage, bacon, and waffle batter
• Knowledge of stocking coffee, juice, and milk dispensers
• Familiarity with setting up serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups, and paper products
• Skill in arranging cold food items like pastries and cereals
• Ability to clear and clean tables as they are vacated
• Proficiency in preparing and setting up hot food items
• Adherence to menu requirements
• Ability to wipe up spills
• Consistent restocking of items
• Washing serving equipment and returning to storage
• Returning reusable food supplies to storage
• Maintaining cleanliness of the breakfast area, including trash removal and cleaning counters, cabinets, and floors
• Ability to listen and respond to guests' requests and complaints
• Following safe food handling and service practices
