About The Position

As a Bell Person at Turning Stone Enterprises, you'll create a welcoming atmosphere by assisting guests with their luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. If you have a friendly demeanor and a passion for great service, we’d love to have you on our team! Receive guests courteously, extend a warm welcome to the Hotel, and graciously accompany them to their designated accommodations. Demonstrate careful and conscientious handling of guest luggage, prioritizing the prevention of any potential damage to both the luggage and its contents. Efficiently respond to incoming telephone calls at the bell desk with promptness and professionalism.

Requirements

Experience in a guest contact position.
Ability to lift and handle heavy luggage up to 100 pounds to place onto a bell cart.
Experience in a guest service role.
