About The Position

Onix Hospitality, a company with over 20 years of experience managing award-winning hotels, is seeking a part-time Bartender for the Hilton Garden Inn in Kennett Square, PA. This role involves traditional bartending duties along with assisting the front desk. The primary goal is to ensure guests have an excellent experience by providing exceptional service and hospitality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Exhibit a sense of urgency.
• Guest-friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Food service experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers.
• Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative drinks based on guest preferences.
• Operate computer systems for transactions, provide change, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure servers are trained in the Alcohol Awareness Program and assist in training.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, storage, and equipment.
• Adhere to health and sanitation standards.
• Assist front desk staff with guest check-ins/outs, answering phones, and responding to guest needs.
• Make reservations as needed.
