Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hot Stamp Press Operator to join our client's production team. This position is responsible for operating a hot stamp press and performing various preparation and finishing tasks to ensure products meet quality standards. This is a hands-on, repetitive production position that requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow established processes. While the position involves standing and working at a machine throughout the shift, it is not considered heavy labor.

Requirements

Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or finishing experience.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify small imperfections or inconsistencies.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Comfortable standing and working at a machine for the duration of the shift.
Ability to use basic hand tools as needed.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. as required.

Nice To Haves

Hot stamp press experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate hot stamp presses and other light production equipment according to established procedures.
Prepare products and materials for the hot stamping and finishing process.
Load, position, and remove products from machinery accurately and efficiently.
Perform finishing and post-production tasks to ensure products are completed properly.
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Identify defects or issues and communicate them to the appropriate team member.
Complete repetitive production tasks while maintaining a consistent level of quality and accuracy.
Use basic hand tools or other equipment as needed for production and finishing tasks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
Meet established production and quality expectations.
