About The Position

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Hot Stamp Operator to join our manufacturing team. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
Experience operating stamping presses or similar equipment is a plus
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic tooling
Ability to read a tape measure (feet and inches)
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

Set up and operate hot stamp press and punch press equipment according to work instructions
Read and follow job specifications, including tooling and die setup
Measure and inspect parts using a tape measure and other basic tools to ensure quality standards are met
Perform routine quality checks and document results as required
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and actively participate in site safety programs
Support team production goals and meet established output targets
Assist with additional duties as assigned
