About The Position
Bay Climate Control & Refrigeration is looking for a skilled Hot Side Equipment Technician to join their growing team. This role will serve top restaurants, hospitality groups, and commercial kitchens across Northwest Florida. The company is a trusted leader in HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment service.
Requirements
- Experience with hot side foodservice equipment
- Ability to read schematics & technical manuals
- Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license (clean record)
Nice To Haves
- CFESA certification is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain & repair commercial cooking equipment
- Troubleshoot ovens, fryers, grills, steamers & more
- Deliver top-tier customer service
- Keep accurate service records & communicate with our team
