Requirements

• Must be 18, or older
• High school diploma, or equivalent required
• At least 1 year in manufacturing is required
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and adherence to workplace safety regulations
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Preferred experience operating hot press or similar manufacturing equipment

Responsibilities

• Operate hot pressing machinery to assemble, mold, or shape materials according to specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal operation and product quality
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime
• Record production data accurately and report any issues to supervisors
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment at all times

• Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary starting at $17.50-18.10/hour with performance-based raises at 3, 6 & 12 months.
