About The Position
Responsible for packaging hot food products according to quality and safety standards under close supervision.
Requirements
- Must be able to read and write.
- At least 1 year of experience (food industry preferred).
- Responsible and quick learner.
- Basic math and organizational skills.
- Involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, reaching, pushing/pulling, and repetitive hand movements.
- Requires good hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and physical stamina.
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Weigh and package products as specified.
- Read and follow work instructions.
- Verify date codes and product weights.
- Ensure proper sealing and labeling.
- Support team with order completion.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area.
- Report equipment issues and product non-conformities.
- Take corrective actions when needed.
- Adhere to allergen and food safety programs.
- Stay in designated work areas and maintain a positive attitude.
