This is a full-time position combining the roles of Hot Bar Chef and Cross Departmental Clerk within the Food Services department. The Hot Bar Chef is responsible for the production and presentation of dishes on the hot bar and salad bar, recipe development, and training staff. The Cross Departmental Clerk provides coverage in various Food Services roles including Wine, Beer & Cheese Assistant, Packager, Deli Counter Service, and Dish & Kitchen Assistant, ensuring product freshness, attractive displays, and excellent customer service across different areas. Both roles require adherence to safety, sanitation, and department policies, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.
