About The Position
Terzo Enterprises is a logistics company that focuses on the repair, refurbishment, and re-manufacturing of pallets. This role involves shuttling loaded trailers back to the facility with empty trailers to be reloaded, moving trailers of shells, and ensuring empty trailers are ready for loading. The position requires keeping the loading process efficient by managing the flow of trailers in and out of the docks and performing yard checks for trailer inventory. This is an onsite role requiring the use of a hostler truck.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid driver's license
- Onsite driving a hostler truck
Responsibilities
- Shuttle loaded trailers back to the facility with empty trailers to be reloaded.
- Move trailers of shells and return the empties to be loaded.
- Ensure empty trailers are loaded in the appropriate docks.
- Properly lock all trailers that are put in the dock.
- Maintain the flow of loaded trailers removed from the dock and replaced by empties to avoid slowing down the loading process.
- Provide yard checks as needed for trailer inventory.
