Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and by name when possible
- Manage reservations, private dining schedules, and member preferences with accuracy
- Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure an efficient and elevated dining experience
- Maintain clear communication with service staff and management
- Provide accurate wait times while ensuring member satisfaction
- Answer phone calls and assist with dining inquiries and event information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance areas
- Uphold the club’s standards of etiquette, appearance, and discretion
