Part-time Hostess
About The Position
The Hostess position is responsible for providing professional, efficient, accurate and friendly service to our residents in accordance with our standards of practice. Waitstaff will be able to greet residents, take orders, process orders through a Point of Sales system with a calm, friendly demeanor in keeping with a fine dining experience. Works as a team to provide a friendly and enjoyable dining experience. Greets and seats patrons. Maintains a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift. Adheres to sanitation and safety procedures. Uses professional communication skills and answers menu questions while taking food orders.
Requirements
- Entry level-no experience necessary
- Prior food service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
- Good communication skills
- Ability to interact with residents, kitchen staff, and dining team members
- Organization and time-management skills
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be punctual
- Positive attitude
