About The Position
We are seeking individuals with vibrant, authentic, fun, and creative personalities to join our team as hosts. Our hosts are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, making them feel at home. They understand the difference between good service and true hospitality and are passionate about making a guest's day brighter. We are currently seeking individuals with daytime availability.
Requirements
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, on-your-feet environment
- Can stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude
- Manage reservations and waitlists
- Answer phones and assist with guest questions
- Keep the front desk and entry area clean and organized
- Communicate clearly with your team to ensure smooth service
