About The Position
Motek, a part of Happy Corner Hospitality collective, is a Mediterranean concept restaurant. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences to our valued guests. Our commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of our operations, and we're currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team. As a host/hostess, you will play a crucial role in starting our guests amazing dining experience off on the right foot. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, the host plays a vital role in setting the tone for the overall dining experience. Responsible for providing a warm, welcoming, and organized entry point, the Host ensures a smooth and efficient flow of guests throughout the restaurant.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant; minimum 2 years in a host/hostess role.
- Experience working with SevenRooms.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
