About The Position
Hosts begin each Guest’s experience at Chili’s by providing a warm welcome and hospitality. The role helps create a friendly, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment while supporting Guests and fellow Team Members.
Requirements
- Have a friendly, warm, and caring attitude and be ready to greet Guests with a smile.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
- No experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
- Manage the wait list.
- Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
- Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
- Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
