Host (Part-time)
About The Position
We are seeking several friendly, warm, and reliable part time Hosts for our restaurant at Littleton’s Market. We are all about great service and that starts with host setting the tone for a great dining experience. Combining a gourmet grocery market and an all-day restaurant and cafe, Littleton’s Market aims to be the premier destination for people who love food and wine in Columbus. Offering the finest quality meat, seafood, produce and specialty grocery items, as well as a significant selection of wine and beer, Littleton’s offers many products from growers and suppliers not previously available in Columbus. The extraordinary quality products from the butcher, seafood, and produce departments will provide the raw material for the dishes available in the restaurant and for the housemade fresh and pantry provisions offerings. Littleton’s Market aims to create a joyful experience for our customers and team, who are united through hospitality and are inspired to make every day a special occasion with amazing food and drinks.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Warmly and professionally greet guests
- Manage reservations and walk-ins using Open Table
- Handle waitlist efficiently during peak service hours
