About The Position

Hosts at Maggiano’s are responsible for creating the first and last impression for Guests. They greet and seat Guests, answer phones, take reservations, maintain an accurate wait when needed, and bid farewell to Guests. The role is part of the fast-paced Front of the House team, whose goal is to make Guests feel special and welcome them into the restaurant.
