About The Position
Hosts begin each Guest’s experience by providing warm hospitality and service. The role welcomes Guests, manages the wait list, handles and directs telephone calls, communicates Guest concerns to the Manager, supports fellow Team Members, and helps maintain a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. No experience is necessary.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
- No experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
- Manage the wait list.
- Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
- Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
- Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
