About The Position

As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere that sets the tone for their entire experience. Your role is crucial in managing guest flow, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring efficient service delivery. You will handle reservations, greet and seat guests promptly, and address any initial inquiries or concerns with professionalism and warmth. By maintaining clear communication with the service team, you will help optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest lists.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the waiting list or reservations efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area.
