The purpose of this role is to greet guests with a warm and welcoming environment, to assist with any menu questions and to-go orders. Essential duties may include but are not limited to extending a warm and friendly greeting to all guests, explaining menu items and answering product questions, taking food and drink orders accurately, maintaining a positive and professional approach, relaying correct orders to kitchen personnel, packaging food and drinks, completing side work, and supporting other restaurant staff. The role also requires following grooming standards and communicating openly and honestly.
