Responsibilities

Greeting every Guest with a warm, friendly, and welcoming attitude
Managing the Guest waitlist and seating Guests efficiently
Answering phone calls and assisting with takeout orders when required
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the entrance, lobby, and Host stand
Communicating effectively with Servers and Managers to ensure smooth Guest flow
Anticipating Guest needs and providing accurate wait times
Assisting with Guest inquiries and creating positive first and last impressions
Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive workplace culture
Helping create an outstanding experience for every Guest
