Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical demands of the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlist efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth seating flow
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and courteously
- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality
