About The Position

As the first point of contact for every member and guest, a positive and welcoming presence at the podium sets the stage for each experience. The role involves engaging with members, assisting them to their tables, and offering a grateful thank you upon their exit. This position also requires a willingness to help and assist in the dining room to provide exceptional service.

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing with a positive attitude.
• Ability to provide exceptional service to all members/guests.
• High School Diploma.
• 1-3 years of experience working in a restaurant in a supporting position.
• Must be able to comprehend and speak the English language to communicate with co-workers and fully understand job assignments.
• Ability to present a welcoming face and maintain a positive outlook in stressful conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the dining room for service.
• Complete side work duties.
• Confirm and prepare for any reservations.
• Assist service staff in order to successfully serve our members and guests.
• Help in the daily upkeep of the restaurant, front and back, including light cleaning and organization.
• Utilize full menu knowledge to handle takeout service.
