We deliver a premium guest experience through exceptional hospitality, consistent culinary execution, and curated programming positioning Esther's 2.0 as a destination for celebrations, community moments, private events, and high-energy weekend nights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and understands that hospitality is both service and experience.
Requirements
- Strong Communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask under pressure.
- Evening availability required.
Nice To Haves
- Proficient in Toast POS is recommended but not required.
- Previous experience in a restaurant/nightlife lounge is a strong plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and seat guests with professionalism and poise.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
- Maintain flow between dining and lounge service.
- Communicate clearly with management/event coordinator/service team.
