About The Position
As a Host, you’re the first impression of Village Tavern—both in person and on the phone. Your role is all about creating a warm, inviting experience for our guests. You’ll greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, provide accurate wait times and manage reservations, and escort guests to their tables and ensure they feel at home.
Requirements
- Reliability, good attendance, punctuality, professionalism, kindness, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Great communicators with excellent customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience is helpful but not required for dependable, hospitality-focused candidates.
- Experienced in restaurants (preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!).
