About The Position
Rare and Well Done Every Time. What makes an evening at Perry’s so incredible? You do. The Host position is about ensuring the guest dining experience, as a whole, is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant. Responsible for taking reservations, greeting and seating guests, and thanking guests as they depart. This role involves answering phones throughout the shift and directing calls to appropriate personnel as necessary. Additional opening and closing side work-related job duties include cleaning, stocking, and setting up the host stand for the next shift.

Responsibilities
- Take reservations
- Greet and seat guests
- Thank guests as they depart
- Assign all necessary tables pre-shift and provide servers with appropriate chits
- Answer phones throughout the shift and direct calls to appropriate personnel as necessary
- Pull out chairs, seat guests, provide menus once seated
- Perform additional opening and closing side work-related job duties: cleaning, stocking, setting up host stand for next shift
