About The Position
Pies & Pints is seeking charismatic, hard-working, and detail-oriented team members for the position of Host. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, personable, and perceptive, looking to work in a fun, challenging, team-based environment. Responsibilities
- Make people happy first and foremost.
- Clearly communicate.
- Greet every guest with a genuine smile and in a professional manner.
- Walk guests to their table and engage in conversation as you seat them.
- Keep seating chart organized and follow rotation as you seat the dining room.
- Contribute to the team-based environment by helping with the general cleanliness of the dining room and bussing tables when needed.
- Answer phones and assist guests with call-ahead seating or to-go orders.
