Responsibilities

Operates the hosting software system to schedule and arrange reservations.
Manages customer reservations and greets and seats customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
Follows established guidelines, procedures, and policies as prescribed by company standards.
Ensures work areas are clean and equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored.
Helps bussing and setting tables and performs side-work and cleaning duties as needed.
Provides exceptional dining service to customers in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner.
