About The Position

Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome, seat guests and provide them with menus, and assist guests with any inquiries or special requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station, manage waitlists and reservations, and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience, handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner, and assist with other guest services as needed.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with TOAST systems is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to effectively help and communicate with guests
  • Knowledge of food service industry is a plus
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism
  • Excellent phone etiquette for taking reservations or handling inquiries
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to have warm greeting skills
  • Active listening, and effective communication
  • Ability to handle various guest inquiries
  • Manage wait times professionally
  • Ability to ensure the needs and expectations of guests are met

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred
