About The Position
Boulder Country Club is looking for a friendly, polished, and high-energy Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first and last point of contact, you play a key role in creating a welcoming, seamless dining experience for our members and guests. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a team that takes pride in great service (while still having fun), this is a great fit.
Requirements
- Outgoing, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Availability for weekends and some weekdays
- Minimum 2 shifts per week
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with a warm, confident, and professional presence
- Manage seating and waitlists to keep the dining room running smoothly
- Stay aware of table status and help maintain an organized flow of service
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Present menus and share daily features when needed
- Keep the host stand, menus, and entry areas clean and well-stocked
- Support the team and jump in where needed during busy shifts
- Other duties as assigned by management
