Requirements

  • Customer service experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train enthusiastic individuals.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in handling guest inquiries and seating challenges calmly.
  • A team-first mindset and willingness to support your teammates.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
  • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently, ensuring timely seating for guests while optimizing table turnover.
  • Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and take reservations while providing information about the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with the serving team to ensure smooth seating transitions and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area.
  • Engage with guests while they wait, ensuring they feel attended to and informed of wait times.
  • Assist in managing guest flow and communicating table status to the rest of the team.
