Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm and friendly attitude upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Provide information about the club's facilities, services, and upcoming events.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception and waiting areas.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, comments, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor in high-pressure situations.
