About The Position

We are hiring a Host / Hostess who has a strong understanding of fine dining service and general restaurant service operations. You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the guest experience while supporting the team in the dining room, ensuring each guest receives warm, attentive, and knowledgeable hospitality that reflects our Michelin-starred standards.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of general restaurant service operations

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly greeting
• Noting any allergies / dietary restrictions
• Obtaining guest drinking water preferences
• Assist with cleaning, folding hand towels, and stocking product
• Cashiering when needed
• Maintain clean working environment
• Other duties as needed
