About The Position

Montana’s is looking for a friendly, down-to-earth Team Member who is passionate about serving the best BBQ in Canada and wants to have a great time doing it. As a host, you make the first and last impression on each and every Guest that enters Montana’s. You are responsible for creating a great atmosphere with your smile, high energy and welcoming personality.

Requirements

• Dynamic, energetic and self-confident personality
• Excellent communication, social and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to work as part of a team and help contribute to a positive Guest experience, however necessary
• Openness to learning, coaching and career growth

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome Guests when entering the restaurant
• Manage the Guest Flow, table turns and seating
• Accurately complete all set up and closing procedures
• Answer the phone in a pleasant manner and respond to Guest inquiries
• Manage a wait list and interact with Guests
• Offer a friendly final farewell to Guests
• Thank Guests for joining us and invite them to return
