About The Position

The Host position at High West involves positively representing the brand and its values, greeting and seating customers, managing waitlists and reservations, and providing professional information to guests and coworkers. The role also includes maintaining the cleanliness of the front entrance, organizing menus, assisting servers, acting as a liaison between kitchen and service staff, and helping with event set-up and flow as needed.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in restaurant environment, preferably in host position
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (must have flexible schedule)
• Effective communication skills
• Commitment to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods
• Lifting may be required

• Positively represent High West and its values

• Coordinate wait lists and reservations
• Provide professional and accurate information to guests and coworkers
