This role is for someone who treats the dining room like their own home — making sure it feels clean, comfortable, welcoming, and well cared for at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum Age Requirement = 16+

- Care about how the room feels, not just how full it is.
- Understand that hospitality starts the moment someone crosses the threshold.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, manage the seating flow, and set clear, honest expectations.
- Keep the dining room clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout service.
- Work closely with servers and leadership to pace seating thoughtfully and support smooth service.
- Help maintain Steel City Pizza Company standards for cleanliness, hospitality, and guest experience.
- Take responsibility for fixing anything that feels off in the room.
