About The Position

Snowball is seeking compassionate, faith-driven hosts to lead meaningful conversations for PrayerSong, a mission-driven platform focused on spreading love, hope, and human connection through music and storytelling. PrayerSong creates powerful content designed to comfort, inspire, and bring people together. Their work centers on compassion, resilience, spiritual reflection, and universal human experiences that transcend background or belief. Real people share deeply meaningful stories from their lives, and the team transforms them into original songs that honor those experiences and become lifelong keepsakes. Mission alignment is essential. The team is looking for someone whose Christian faith is central to who they are and who has personally experienced God changing their life. More than hosting or media experience, they're looking for someone who genuinely loves people, is moved by hearing people's stories, and wants to help others share how God has worked in their lives. PrayerSong is looking for hosts to lead authentic conversations with individuals sharing stories of faith, hope, forgiveness, and transformation. Those stories become the foundation for an original PrayerSong, which is gifted to both the person sharing the story and someone they choose to receive it. This is not a creator, influencer, or traditional content creation role. We're not looking for someone with a social following or professional media experience. Instead, we're looking for someone who naturally connects with people, creates a welcoming environment where others feel comfortable opening up, and represents PrayerSong's mission with warmth and authenticity. Part of this role may also include helping identify individuals within your church, local community, or personal network who have meaningful stories they'd be willing to share on camera. This role reports directly to PrayerSong, with Snowball serving as the strategic YouTube partner supporting channel growth and creative development. You will work alongside a team that has collectively grown YouTube channels to 27M+ subscribers and generated over 110B views. If invited to move forward, you'll be asked to complete one trial assignment: interview someone in your community in a conversational, street-interview style similar to Meet Cutes NYC, Love Dial Show, or I Love You Movement. The goal is to create a genuine, heartfelt conversation that reflects how you naturally connect with people. Compensation for the trial is a custom PrayerSong (valued at $200). Selected hosts will have the opportunity to continue in the role at $2K–$9K per month, depending on availability and monthly video output.

Requirements

• A strong Christian faith and a personal experience of God changing your life
• A genuine love for people and hearing their stories
• The ability to build trust and make others feel comfortable sharing personal experiences
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking on camera
• Highly dependable, compassionate, and aligned with PrayerSong's mission
• No professional hosting, media, journalism, acting, or content creation experience is required. We're looking for the right person, not the most experienced on-camera personality.

• Experience leading small groups, mentoring, ministry, or community outreach
• Existing relationships within your church or community that may help identify people interested in sharing their stories on camera
• Experience facilitating meaningful conversations or interviewing others

Responsibilities

• Host on-camera conversations with individuals sharing personal stories of faith, hope, and transformation
• Help uncover the heart of each story so it can be transformed into a meaningful PrayerSong for both the storyteller and the person receiving it
• Help facilitate and capture the emotional moment as both the storyteller and their chosen recipient experience the PrayerSong together
• Create a safe, welcoming environment where people feel comfortable sharing vulnerable experiences
• Listen with empathy and ask thoughtful follow-up questions that help people tell their stories authentically
• Represent PrayerSong's mission with warmth, compassion, and authenticity
• Help identify and connect PrayerSong with individuals in your church, local community, or personal network who may be willing to share their stories on camera
• Collaborate with the PrayerSong and Snowball teams throughout production
• Manage your schedule and communicate proactively with the production team
