About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience by providing welcoming, hospitable service. They greet Guests, manage the wait list, respond to telephone calls, communicate concerns to management, and help maintain a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. The role is suited to someone who enjoys making people feel welcome and can work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, ready to greet Guests with a smile.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
