About The Position
Margaritaville Resort Orlando is seeking a Host to join their food & beverage team. The Host will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing the dining room flow, and supporting bartenders and servers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Exhibits a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Ability to work rotating shifts may be required based on operational needs.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a strong team player.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they walk into the restaurant
- Help guests with reservations and guiding them to their table
- Optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff
- Answering phones and scheduling reservations with large parties
- Assist the bartenders and servers throughout the shift
