About The Position

Froehlich's is hiring two part-time Hosts to join our Three Oaks, MI restaurant and keep the daily rushes running smoothly! If you're looking for an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience or a flexible part-time role to pick up some extra weekend hours, then this could be the opportunity for you.

Requirements

Comfort with speaking to people and handling large crowds
Ability to stay calm, friendly, and professional with guests and staff
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment and not become overwhelmed
Ability to work weekends
Ability to lift and carry heavy bus tubs
Ability to answer calls and speak over the phone
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Responsibilities

Coordinate with servers and bussers to deliver the best dining experiences possible.
Set the pace for food service and jump in where needed to help the team take excellent care of guests.
Warmly greet guests, seat them in the correct sections, and inform them of any specials.
Support servers and bussers in running drinks, clearing tables, and interacting with guests.
Manage phone lines, answer incoming calls, schedule reservations, and assist unhappy guests.
Pass out menus.
