Hospitality to our Guests Understands our culture and takes whatever necessary steps to create a positive and memorable guest experience. Welcomes guests warmly by smiling and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant. Answers guest questions regarding flow, food, beverages, the restaurant, and the restaurant’s story. Keeps guests entertained and engaged while waiting or in line. Leads guests at their own pace to a clean, perfectly set table and hands the appropriate menu(s) to each guest after they are seated. Maintains awareness of available tables in the dining area and always knows of a party 'on deck' to be seated. Communicates with servers and managers regarding the availability of tables, seating arrangements for large parties, or special requests, ensuring that guests enjoy a memorable experience. Handles guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, informing a manager promptly, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction. Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return to the restaurant again. Hospitality to your Team Arrives to work on time as scheduled, well-groomed in the proper work attire, and ready to work. Clocks in and out as scheduled. Demonstrates a helpful and positive attitude towards guests and team members. Completes all assigned tasks and duties assigned by managers/supervisors. Checks the greeter area and its storage areas for adequate supplies (e.g., menus, business cards, pens/pencils, etc.) to ensure supplies are readily available. Reviews potential wait times and works with managers to plan seating arrangements. Assists fellow team members as needed to ensure our guests receive the highest standard of food, beverage, and hospitality. Check out with a manager before leaving at the end of each shift. Hospitality to Restaurant Inspects restrooms, dining room, and lobby, cleans as needed, and reports any unsafe conditions to maintain safety and sanitation standards. Monitors dining area tables to ensure they meet or exceed standards (e.g., proper table setup, full napkin dispensers, swept floors under tables, etc.).
