Requirements

• Guest Focus: Attending to guest needs, remaining calm and courteous even in challenging situations.
• Building positive relationships with guests both in person and over the phone.
• Problem-Solving: Exercising good judgment and thinking quickly to make concise decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Organization and Attention to Detail: Prioritizing tasks, staying organized, and paying attention to details.
• Communication Skills: Clear and pleasant communication, both in-person and over the phone. Providing legible written communication and giving concise directions to guests and co-workers.
• Teamwork: Being a team player, willing to lend a helping hand to any teammate whenever needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in a similar customer-facing position

Responsibilities

• Courteously greeting and escorting guests to their tables
• Managing reservations
• Ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and valued
• Being attentive to guests' needs, ensuring their satisfaction
• Bidding guests farewell, leaving a positive lasting impression
• Preparing the restaurant for service by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dining area
