About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience at Chili’s by providing a warm welcome and hospitality. The role involves managing the wait list, answering and directing phone calls, communicating Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate, assisting fellow Team Members, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The position is open to applicants with no prior experience. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
